V-KOOL Limited Warranty — Automotive Window Film

The authorised dealer warrants professionally sold and applied V-KOOL window films (the Product) on cars against discoloration, peeling, cracking, de-laminating or de-metalisation caused solely by defects in manufacture, materials or installation. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable.

*The warranties conferred are in addition to all rights and remedies provided under consumer protection laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. The warranty shall not prejudice the consumer’s rights granted by applicable consumer law, including the right to receive remedies and seek damages under statutory warranty law, if any.

Things to avoid

Do not wind down car windows for 48 hours after installation.
Do not turn on the rear windshield defogger for 2 weeks after installation.
Do not install any device with weight and suction on the window film for at least 2 weeks after installation.
Do not apply stickers or adhesive tape onto the window film after installation. This may damage the film coating and installation, which will not be covered under the warranty terms.
Do not pick at the edges of the window film.

Care & maintenance

Drying period

Do not clean the window film for at least 7 days after installation, so the adhesive bonds thoroughly to the glass.

Slight “hazy” look

A hazy appearance may be visible between the film and glass; it will disappear in 4 to 10 weeks. Water bubbles (if any) will also disappear.

Slight refraction effect

A refraction effect may be visible on the rear defogger during night driving; this will reduce after sufficient sunning.

Caring for window film

Spray the film with warm soapy water and wipe lightly with a soft, clean microfibre cloth. Do not use ammonia or alcohol-based solutions, as these may damage the coating.

iQUE Limited Warranty — Architectural Window Film

The authorised dealer warrants professionally sold and applied iQUE window films (the Product) on buildings against discoloration, peeling, cracking, de-laminating or de-metalisation caused solely by defects in manufacture, materials or installation.

*The warranties conferred are in addition to all rights and remedies provided under consumer protection laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. The warranty shall not prejudice the consumer’s rights granted by applicable consumer law, including the right to receive remedies and seek damages under statutory warranty law, if any.

Do not install any device with weight and suction on the window film for at least 2 weeks after installation.
Do not apply stickers or adhesive tape onto the window film after installation. This may damage the film coating and installation, which will not be covered under the warranty terms.
Do not pick at the edges of the window film.

The authorised dealer warrants professionally sold and applied V-KOOL Paint Protection Film (the Product) on cars against defects in manufacture, materials and installation. The warranty does not cover wear and tear.

*The warranties conferred are in addition to all rights and remedies provided under consumer protection laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. The warranty shall not prejudice the consumer’s rights granted by applicable consumer law, including the right to receive remedies and seek damages under statutory warranty law, if any.

Things to avoid

Do not apply stickers or adhesive tape onto the product after installation. This may damage the Paint Protection Film coating and installation, which will not be covered under the warranty terms.
Do not pick at the edges of the Paint Protection Film.

Care & maintenance

Curing period

Allow a minimum of three days after installation for the Paint Protection Film to cure before washing or waxing your vehicle.

Slight “hazy” look

Your new Paint Protection Film takes 30 days to fully cure, and there may be some haze or condensation during this period. This is normal and will disappear after sufficient sunning.

Caring for Paint Protection Film

After the minimum three-day curing period, frequent washing and waxing is recommended.
